IBANA does not charge shipping costs in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. For all other European countries, IBANA does charge shipping costs. Click here for an overview of all shipping and delivery times
Please note: Due to crowds during the sale period the delivery time may deviate from standard regulation.
IBANA shipments are handled by DPD. For more information about the package services of DPD you can visit the DPD website. If you have not received your shipment within the expected delivery time, please send an email to support. We will inform you about the order status as quickly as possible.
Ordered items which aren’t shipped yet can be cancelled. (Please email us if you want to cancel your order or give us a call at +31 (0)20 240 28 40. After you have received our confirmation, the order is cancelled.
Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase or did you order the wrong item? No problem! You have the right to return the item within 14 days after delivery. After we have received the item(s), we will refund your money and refund the amount via the payment method that was used when placing the order.
The 14 day period starts on the day you receive the item.
Please note that the return costs are for the customer. If you return multiple items, we advise you to do so in one return.
In case you wish to return an item, it is important to handle the item and packaging with care. If the plastic wrapping is damaged in such a way it cannot be used again for the return shipment, we would want you to use a good and sturdy alternative packing material. You are kindly requested to unwrap and use the item only to determine whether you would like to keep the item. Items that are damaged or used are not eligible for return.
If this is the case, or if we have grounded reasons that the order has already been used, the return will not be accepted and the package will be returned to you.

When you want to return an item, please follow the following steps:
1. Put the items in a package. Feel free to use the original packaging
2. Paste the address label on the package.
3. Send us the return shipment. Please note: the shipment costs are costs for the customer.
4. When we have received the order, we will refund the money and inform you by email.
We would like to remind you that you can use the return form attached to the order for a fast return. We appreciate it if the entire package is returned. You can also find the return form at the bottom of this page.
Upon receipt of your package or upon receipt of confirmation that the package is on our way, the amount will be refunded in the same way as the payment is made, unless otherwise agreed. You will be informed by email. For more information, see right of withdrawal.

IBANA items can be exchanged within 14 days after delivery. When you want to exchange your order we ask you to contact our customer service and inform us which articles you wish to return and receive. You can contact the customer service by email firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone +31 (0)20 240 28 40. We will reserve the article you wish to receive.
Note: You can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size or item with the same price. If this is not the case, we advise you to place a new order.
Please follow the next steps when you want to exchange:
1. Contact the Goosecraft customer service and inform us which articles you wish to return and receive.
2. You will receive a confirmation email with the exchange instructions.
3. Send us the package.
4. When we have received the package we will send the new items. We will inform you about this.
If you return multiple items, we advise you to do this in one return.
