  • When will my order be delivered?

    We strive for strive following delivery times:

    • The Netherlands: delivery within 1-3 working days by DPD.
    • Belgium: delivery within 1-3 working days by DPD.
    • Other European and world countries: shipping information
  • How can I cancel or alter my order?

    We immediately start to process your order when it’s placed. When you haven’t received a shipment confirmation email, it is possible to cancel your order. If so, call us as soon as possible for a cancellation of the order to the number 20-4085315. After the confirmation email we’re not able to cancel the order anymore. Orders are only cancelled after receiving an cancellation email from us.  Please note that you can also  return your order within the 30 days mentioned in our return policy.

    When you have placed and paid for an order it will be prepared for transport. As soon as the status of your order has changed to ‘shipment is on the way’ you will no longer be able to alter the order. For details, please contact our support team at webshop@ibana.nl .

  • Within what period will my return shipment be processed?

    The official processing time of a return shipment at IBANA is 14 days. These 14 days start from the day the package is returned or picked up. For faster handling of your return, it is important that you complete the enclosed return form with at least your name and order number (example order number: #12345).
